Ecomify Official, operated by ECOMIFY DIGITAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, allows individuals to request deletion of personal information and conversation data stored in Ecomify-controlled systems.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to um***@*************al.com with the subject:
Data Deletion Request
Include:
- Your full name.
- The email address or telephone number used to contact us.
- The communication channel involved, such as TikTok, WhatsApp, website form, or email.
- Your TikTok username or another relevant account identifier, if applicable.
- A brief description of the information you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, OTPs, or unnecessary identity documents.
Verification
We may request limited additional information to confirm that the requester is connected to the relevant record. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion of another person’s information.
What We Will Delete
After reasonable verification, we will delete applicable personal information and stored conversation data from Ecomify-controlled systems where deletion is technically available and not restricted by a legal obligation.
Some limited records may be retained when necessary to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, demonstrate compliance, or protect our legal rights. Data controlled independently by TikTok or another platform must be managed through that platform’s own privacy tools.
Opting Out of Messages
You may ask us to stop contacting you by replying with a clear request such as “Stop” or “Do not contact me,” or by emailing um***@*************al.com. Where supported, scheduled follow-ups will be stopped after an opt-out request.
